Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Medfield, MA, seeks a Veterinary Practice Manager to partner with the chief of staff and oversee day-to-day operations of the hospital. You will drive business results, develop associates, and foster a positive team environment to support high-quality veterinary care.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development, plan budgets, and ensure compliance with hospital guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of three years of related experience, including direct supervisory experience (hiring, onboarding, associate development).
