You will manage client relationships, drive pricing and contracts, oversee risk and financial outcomes, and mentor team members while pursuing growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes leadership across PM functions, program governance, and adherence to quality standards within a multidisciplinary environment. Travel is expected (10–15%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business required.
• 14 years of relevant experience, including project management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in project management standards and execution.
• Advanced knowledge of building design and construction principles.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Leads high-risk, business-critical, or strategically significant projects with full autonomy.
• Oversees development of complex proposals and contracts; drives pricing strategy and negotiates terms.
• Manages client relationships and ensures alignment with strategic objectives.
• Directs financial strategy across project lifecycle and forecasts long-term impacts.
• Leads and mentors multidisciplinary teams to drive project excellence.
