Job summary

Finger Lakes Community Health seeks a Front-End Operations Manager to lead daily front-end operations and ensure high-quality patient experiences. You will supervise Patient Service Coordinators and, indirectly, Representatives, standardize workflows, and drive improvements across all sites.

The role is on-site with travel to FLCH locations and some evenings. Your background includes a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration and demonstrated supervisory experience in healthcare operations or

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Demonstrated experience supervising staff or leading teams in healthcare/administrative settings.
• Experience in operations, patient access, or service management in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day front-end operations to ensure efficient workflows.
• Supervise Patient Service Coordinators and oversee Representatives as assigned.
• Standardize front-end workflows and service standards across sites.
• Monitor performance and collaborate with leadership on improvements.
• Develop onboarding and training programs for front-end staff.
