The Practice Manager will be responsible for supervision of our Shenandoah Community Health Center site and will effectively carry out the Networks Policies and Procedures while communicating managements goals and objectives for productivity, morale and safe operation of the site.
This person is responsible to provide direct coverage and supervision of assigned site as well as developing and maintaining an excellent rapport with providers. They are also responsible for performing daily clerical activities within the front office and designated areas related to maintaining smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement related procedures as they apply to the front office.
The general office hours for this position are:
High School Diploma / GED
Minimum of three (3) years experience in the healthcare field (preferred)
