Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. seeks an experienced Practice Manager to coordinate operations for Endocrinology, Nutrition, and Nephrology across North Shore sites such as Lynn, Saugus, Swampscott, Salem, and surrounding towns.

You will collaborate with Primary Care Practice Managers and oversee strategy, program development, and financial reporting. The role is based in Danvers and Salem with frequent travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day administrative performance of staff and manages staff schedules.
• Evaluates staffing needs and coordinates replacement of staff.
• Performs hiring, orientation, and evaluation of staff.
• Administers corrective action and staff development.
• Ensures training and HIPAA compliance.
• Develops administrative systems to maximize operations.
• Monitors practice performance metrics and budgets.
• Oversees payroll and resolves payroll issues.
• Oversees patient billing per revenue procedures.
