Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an experienced Practice Manager to coordinate operations for endocrinology, nutrition, and nephrology across North Shore sites. The role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with Primary Care Managers, and oversight of approximately 36 staff.

The primary onsite locations are Danvers and Salem with frequent travel to other sites. Reports to the Director of Operations, North Shore Specialty Services; focus on access, quality, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with revenue cycle management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative performance of staff and manage schedules.
• Coordinate staffing needs and substitutions.
• Recruit, orient, and evaluate staff; administer corrective actions as needed.
• Coach and develop staff; provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Ensure mandatory training is completed and HIPAA policies followed.
• Develop and implement administrative systems to maximise operations; monitor performance metrics.
• Assist in annual budget preparation with practice leaders.
• Oversee payroll and monitor revenue cycle and patient billing activities.
