Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Practice Manager to guide operations for Endocrinology, Nutrition, and Nephrology across North Shore sites, with primary onsite work in Danvers and Salem and travel to partner locations to ensure coordinated care.

You will supervise about 36 staff, manage budgets and payroll, drive performance improvements, and collaborate with site leaders to enhance access, quality, and patient experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Supervisory experience required (5-7 years)
• Experience in a healthcare environment (5-7 years)
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative performance of staff and schedules
• Evaluate staffing needs and coordinate replacements
• Handle hiring, orientation, and staff evaluation
• Coach and train staff; ensure mandatory training per HIPAA
• Develop administrative systems; monitor practice performance metrics
• Collaborate on annual budgets; oversee payroll and billing compliance
