Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations for Endocrinology, Nutrition, and Nephrology across the North Shore.

The role requires coordinating three specialty lines with close collaboration among site leaders and overseeing about 36 staff, including clinical and administrative roles. The position is primarily onsite at Danvers and Salem with frequent travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes
• Supervisory experience 5-7 years required
• Experience in healthcare environment 5-7 years required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Leadership and staff development capabilities
• Understanding of accounting principles and revenue cycle management

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day admin performance and staff schedules
• Evaluates staffing needs and coordinates replacements
• Performs hiring, orientation, evaluation, and corrective action as needed
• Coaches and develops staff through ongoing training
• Ensures HIPAA training compliance by all staff
• Develops admin systems to maximize operations and analyzes performance metrics
• Collaborates on annual practice budgets
• Oversees payroll and monitors patient billing for revenue procedures
