Job summary

Thisismanor is hiring a Practice Manager in the Salt Lake City area to lead day-to-day operations and elevate the patient journey from first touch to follow-up care.

You will drive growth, manage regional P&Ls, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of service, compliance, and brand consistency in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in service-driven industries.
• Proven record of driving growth and leading teams to targets.
• Experience managing regional P&Ls and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an elevated level of patient satisfaction through exceptional service and personalized care.
• Oversee patient scheduling, appointment management, and follow-up procedures.
• Monitor and actively engage patient feedback according to guidelines.
• Ensure Practice is on track for monthly, quarterly, and annual budget.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Monitor practice performance metrics and help implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure practice operations comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Assist in the recruitment, training coordination, and scheduling of all practice staff.
