Job summary

LC AESTHETIC MSO LLC seeks a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee operations and elevate the patient journey from first touch to follow-up care. You will blend leadership, team development, and financial oversight to ensure clinical excellence and exceptional service in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.

You will manage scheduling, budgeting, inventory, compliance, and staff recruitment/training while fostering a positive work environment and driving growth across the practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in service-driven industries (retail, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or premium consumer services).
• Strong track record of driving growth and leading teams to targets.
• Financial fluency with regional P&Ls and performance metrics.
• Exceptional communicator with decisive, integrity-driven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient scheduling, appointment management, and follow-up procedures.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure supplies and equipment availability.
