Rallyday Partners in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Dental Practice Operations Manager to lead the dental team and oversee patient scheduling, reception, and the overall patient experience. You will drive efficient operations and elevate service.

As a key leader, you will mentor staff, optimize practice workflows, and ensure accurate financial reporting and performance metrics. Strong communication and a passion for patient care are essential.

• 3+ years as the office/practice manager of a busy dental practice.

• Familiarity with practice management systems (Dentrix/Ascend).

Help us get to know you in a meaningful way, so together we can decide on where we go from here.\"Your Smile is Our Smile\"## QualificationsRequirements* Previous experience (3 + years) as the office/practice manager of a busy service oriented multi-specialty dental practice.* Must love people, working in teams, and demonstrate an aptitude for having fun, leading bravely, and creating greatness* A demonstrated commitment to an exemplary employee and patient experience* Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management* Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems preferably Dentrix/Ascend* Understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles (i.e., practice management reports, production reports, financial statements) is a plus* Willingness to build trust to achieve results
