Manor Aesthetics in Salt Lake City is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee operations and elevate the patient journey from first touch to follow-up care. You will lead scheduling, staffing, and performance metrics to ensure clinical excellence and outstanding service.

You will build a strong culture, mentor leaders, manage regional P&L and performance metrics, and translate strategy into daily action while preserving brand integrity and patient satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of leadership experience in service-driven industries such as retail, wellness, hospitality, or premium consumer services
• Strong track record of driving growth and leading teams to ambitious targets
• Exceptional communicator with a decisive, integrity-driven leadership style
• Financial fluency with experience managing regional P&Ls and performance metrics

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations and elevate the patient journey from first touch to follow-up care
• Oversee patient scheduling, appointment management, and follow-up procedures
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of supplies and equipment
• Assist in recruitment, training coordination, and scheduling of staff
