You will lead a fast-paced, patient-centered team, align operational goals with clinical excellence, and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.

The role requires strategic scheduling, budget oversight, staff development, and strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in service-driven industries.
• Proven ability to drive growth and lead teams to targets.
• Financial fluency with regional P&Ls and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient scheduling, appointment management, and follow-up procedures.
• Monitor patient feedback and ensure service guidelines are followed.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budget and financial performance.
• Control inventory levels and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
• Track practice performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and best practices.
• Assist recruitment, training coordination, and scheduling of staff.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and resolve conflicts.
