Job Summary:

The Center Manager (CM) oversees all operations within a single clinic, supervising staff, supporting operational initiatives, and ensuring smooth, timely clinic operations. Responsibilities include managing practice profitability, revenue, clinical quality, member and staff satisfaction, productivity, and compliance.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 10+ staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
2. Collaborate with the Market Operations Director to enhance customer service and member satisfaction.
3. Ensure efficient system operations, including scheduling and billing, and coach administrative staff.
4. Build relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and marketing partners.
5. Create a positive work environment to attract and retain staff, providers, and members.
6. Oversee compliance with documentation, coding, safety, and HIPAA regulations.
7. Conduct staff meetings to gather feedback and develop best practices.
8. Manage resources and staffing to meet business needs and growth.
9. Meet financial targets and oversee financial responsibilities.
10. Support high-quality member care and staff needs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Knowledge of healthcare functions, billing, coding, reimbursement, and quality improvement.
2. Experience in developing customer service processes.
3. Strong organizational and business knowledge.
4. High emotional intelligence, integrity, and a driven work ethic.
5. Creative thinking and effective working skills.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2. At least 5 years of related experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
3. Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience.
4. Experience with ECW is strongly preferred.
5. Passion for mentorship and team development.
6. Proficient PC skills.
7. Fluency in Spanish or other community languages is a plus.
