BluePearl Pet Hospital in Christiana, DE is seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to join our state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital.

As a Veterinary Practice Manager:

1. You will mentor, develop, and lead a team of 30+ hourly and professional staff to excel and focus on patient care.
2. You will partner with and oversee the doctor team, medical team, and client service representatives, guiding their development.
3. You will manage financial and strategic business development to achieve hospital profitability.
4. You will handle relationships with primary care DVMs and patient referral bases with sensitivity.
5. You will develop intra-staff relationships, manage HR issues, and ensure legal compliance.

Experience Preferred:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; CVPM designation a plus.
2. Experience: 3-5 years managing professionals in complex organizations, within veterinary or related industries.

Skills/Knowledge:
