Job summary

AlluraMD is seeking a Practice Manager I to lead a high-touch, patient-facing team across its Florida locations. You will own the daily rhythm, coach staff, and drive patient experience and business performance.

In this role you will shape culture, monitor KPIs, oversee scheduling and front-office standards, and run operations end-to-end to ensure an elevated experience and sustainable growth for the practice.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in healthcare or high-touch service environments.
• Directly manage and coach team members.
• Strong operational and organizational skills with scheduling, workflow, and reporting.
• Excellent patient-service and consultative communication.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and drive priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily rhythm of the practice with clear priorities and accountability.
• Direct Patient Experience Coordinators and other team members.
• Coach, provide feedback, and support development.
• Manage performance and maintain standards.
• Oversee patient experience and business growth activities.
• Own day-to-day operations: scheduling, front‑office standards, and provider readiness.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in revenue, retention and utilization.
