Stantec is seeking a Business Center Practice Leader to drive growth for the One Infrastructure team in the US Northeast. You will lead pursuit strategies, manage major client accounts, and shape market expansion across multiple disciplines including roadway, transit, and civil engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of related work, leadership, business development and consulting experience.
Professional registration in related field.

Responsibilities

Achieving Business Center sales goals and developing market growth strategies.
Maintaining understanding of market opportunities and trends; winning new projects with key clients.
Developing and managing strategic client relationships; pursuing new markets and clients.
Building Stantec’s external visibility and industry presence; optimizing opportunity pipelines.
Support delivery quality, design excellence, and adherence to PM frameworks.
Lead and participate in pursuits; drive collaboration across geographies and disciplines.
Oversee budgeting, attainment of revenue targets and utilization rates.
