You will lead pursuits, manage key client relationships, and shape market entry strategies while supporting delivery excellence and ISO-aligned processes.

You will report to the Regional Growth Leader and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, balancing sales targets with high-quality design execution.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years’ related work, leadership, business development and consulting experience.
• Professional registration in related field.

Responsibilities

• Achieving Business Center sales goals and developing market growth strategies.
• Maintaining understanding of market opportunities and trends.
• Winning new projects with key clients and developing strategic relationships.
• Leading Go/No Go and cross-geography collaboration across BCs.
