Stantec is seeking a Business Center Practice Leader to drive growth across the Business Centers and expand market presence. You will lead pursuits, shape sales strategies, and manage key client relationships while aligning with the Regional Growth Leader.

The role emphasizes strategic development, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on net revenue growth and client satisfaction within a leading global design firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years’ related work, leadership, business development and consulting experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Professional registration in related field.
• Typical office environment; field work may be required.

• Developing and executing market growth strategies.
