Job summary

VSP Vision in Corvallis, OR is seeking a Practice Lead/Supervisor for All Family Vision Care to oversee staff and ensure top‑tier patient experiences. You will manage scheduling, recalls, and patient interactions while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

Accountable for coaching, process improvements, and collaboration with other departments to meet business goals and maintain a welcoming, efficient clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in applicable functional area.
• State licensure or certification by a nationally recognized optician association as an optician is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong commitment to helping people.
• Ability to lead, motivate and promote a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the practice staff and daily workflow, including patient care and retention.
• Coordinate scheduling, recalls, insurance verifications, intake/checkout, and claims processing.
• Provide coaching and counseling; advise supervisor on successes and concerns; input for evaluations.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve processes and resolve workflow issues.
• Ensure training procedures are followed; train and motivate the team on current processes.
