Job summary

Toole Design Group in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced transportation professional to lead the integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice. This role combines practice leadership with active project delivery across disciplines, reporting to the Engineering Director.

Qualifications

15+ years of transportation engineering and multimodal planning project experience.
Proven ability to lead teams, programs, and client relationships.
Experience integrating planning and design across disciplines.

Responsibilities

Lead business development and practice planning to support growth.
Oversee financial health through project delivery and staffing.
Mentor engineers and planners and guide hiring decisions.
Direct multimodal transportation projects from concept to completion.
