Job summary

Toole Design seeks an experienced transportation professional to lead the integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice in Portland, OR. This firmwide leadership role combines practice leadership with active project delivery and may be located in multiple offices.

The candidate will mentor engineers and planners, guide business development, and shape the firm's technical direction while reporting to the Engineering Director.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of success on transportation engineering or multimodal planning projects.
• Experience leading integrated teams and growing a transportation practice.
• Strong ability to develop business and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice leadership and oversee delivery on major projects.
• Mentor engineers and planners and shape technical direction.
