Qualifications

• 3+ years in U.S. corporate immigration, with full cycle PERMs and H-1Bs.
• Experience handling high-volume workloads with HR stakeholders.
• Ability to manage paralegal workflows from intake through filing.
• Strong drafting and attention to detail.
• Direct client communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with L-1s, E-1/E-2, EB-1A, O-1 or EB-2 NIW is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with immigration attorneys to execute high-volume, high-quality work for corporate clients.
• Guide clients through document collection and evidence gathering to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Prepare USCIS forms and draft case materials tailored to petition type.
• Serve as a steady point of contact for HR partners and foreign-national employees.
• Track deadlines and manage a substantial caseload with meticulous records.
• Anticipate supervising attorney needs and align on preferences to enable focus on strategy.
