Qualifications

• High school diploma with 8 years healthcare experience, or an Associate with 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years healthcare experience.
• Outpatient office experience preferred.
• Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations and support a patient-centered environment.
• Inform Manager, Operations Physician Practices of issues promptly.
• Collaborate on hiring decisions and employee performance management.
• Coordinate staff coverage and monitor attendance for practice employees.
