Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Practice Supervisor to lead the Clinical GYN Oncology care team and supervise daily operations of the practice.

The role reports to the Manager, Operations Physician Practices and focuses on ensuring efficient patient flow, high-quality care, and strong administrative oversight in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Qualifications

• Job requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of progressively more responsible experience working in a physician office.
• A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years supervisory/managerial experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in all aspects of medical/healthcare practice is required.
• Excellent organization and communication skills required.
• Proficient use of computers and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Supervises support staff and all functions related to patient flow.
• Ensures daily rounding is performed to enable smooth patient flow.
• Coordinates staff within assigned practices to ensure proper coverage for quality patient care.
• Monitors attendance for all practice employees. Addresses concerns in a timely manner.

The Practice Supervisor, Under the direction of the Manager, Operations Physician Practices, is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the practice and performing a variety of administrative functions related to the practice operations.

What You Will Do
