Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Practice Supervisor to join the Clinical GYN Oncology care team. The role supervises daily practice operations, staff performance, and patient flow to ensure high-quality care.

The incumbent will coordinate staffing, monitor attendance, address issues promptly, and support hiring decisions in collaboration with the Manager, Operations Physician Practices. This position emphasizes exceptional service and productivity within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Job requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of progressively more responsible experience working in a physician office.
• A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years supervisory/managerial experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in all aspects of medical/healthcare practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises support staff and all functions related to patient flow.
• Ensures daily rounding is performed to enable smooth patient flow.
• Coordinates staff within assigned practices to ensure proper coverage for quality patient care.
• Monitors attendance for all practice employees and addresses concerns in a timely manner.
• Identifies office inefficiencies and proposes solutions.
• Responsible for customer service and productivity standards within the assigned practices and informs the Manager as needed.
