Job summary

The Resort at Pelican Hill in Irvine, California is seeking a guest-focused team member to assist with daily operations at the golf facilities. You will support guest services, help maintain cleanliness, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for arriving guests.

Responsibilities include range maintenance, cart cleaning, and executing opening/closing procedures, with additional assignments from the Head Golf Professional as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a high profile, customer service environment.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Set up hitting deck and ensure items are ready for arriving guests.
• Check bathrooms for cleanliness hourly and restock/clean as needed.
• Clean golf carts and stage outside.
• Keep exterior and parking lot clean and free of trash.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for the Tee, Landing Area, Teaching Professional and Building.
• Assume other special projects and duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional.

• Set up hitting deck and insure that all items are placed properly and ready for arriving guests.
• Check bathrooms for cleanliness hourly and restock/clean as needed.
• Clean golf carts and stage outside.
• Keep exterior and parking lot of the practice facility clean and free of trash.
• Opening and closing procedure for the Tee, Landing Area, Teaching Professional and Building.
• Any other special projects and duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $$15.00 - $$16.92

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
