Job summary

LEO A DALY in Minneapolis seeks a Practice Lead to provide technical leadership and advance the Discipline Practice across markets. You will set growth objectives with senior leadership, guide design teams, mentor professionals, and shape marketing, proposals and client interviews.

You will establish standards, manage budgets, lead meetings, identify opportunities for tools and technology, and own the Practice success while acting as the face of the Practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Minimum 15+ years’ experience in Technology engineering on a wide variety of project types within the A/E industry.
• Minimum 5+ years’ team management experience.
• Professional Engineer Registration required; CTS/CTS‑D or RCDD credentials preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of codes and standards (BICSI, TIA, ASIS, AVIXA).
• Production experience using Revit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and advance the Discipline Practice across markets.
• Lead practice growth objectives with Senior Director and Director of Engineering.
• Mentor teammates and participate in marketing, proposals, and client interviews.
• Establish, enforce Practice standards, and implement quality control processes.
• Lead Practice meetings and manage budgetary considerations for training and technology.
• Lead cross-disciplinary coordination and act as the face and overall leader of the Practice.
