Job summary

Radiology Partners is looking for a data analytics professional to support RP Valley and RP Sun City with operational, financial, and analytical duties. You will design dashboards, analyze productivity, and automate payroll-related processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Collaboration with physicians, finance, IT, and hospital partners is essential to optimize scheduling and resource use. You will drive automation and process improvements to support revenue recovery and cost reduction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, operations, finance, compensation, or operational support.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot; Power BI experience preferred.
• Experience developing dashboards and BI solutions to support leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational, financial, and analytical functions of RP Valley and RP Sun City through data analytics, physician compensation processes, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Administer physician compensation processes, analyze productivity and financial metrics, and develop automated tools that improve payroll accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Design dashboards, staffing models, and operational reports that provide leadership with timely insights and optimize physician scheduling and resource utilization.
• Monitor data integrity, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with physicians, finance, IT, hospital partners, and operational teams to improve workflows and resolve issues.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives that support revenue recovery, cost reduction, operational efficiency, and practice growth.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Support the operational, financial, and analytical functions of RP Valley and RP Sun City through data analytics, physician compensation processes, reporting, and workflow optimization.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, finance, compensation, or operational support.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and automation; Power BI experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, operational reports, financial analyses, and business intelligence solutions to support leadership decision-making.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with physicians, leadership, finance, IT, and operational teams while managing multiple priorities.
