Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a results-driven analyst to support the Integrations team across the US. You will analyze data, identify trends, and deliver insights that drive operational improvements and strategic decisions.

You will develop reports and executive-ready dashboards using Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Tableau, partnering with Operations, Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, and HR to optimize processes and drive KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or a related analytical field preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Tableau with experience developing reports, dashboards, and data-driven presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating across Operations, Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, HR, Analytics, Clinical, or other cross-functional teams; healthcare, financial, accounting, or quantitative background preferred.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401(k) benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
