Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a data analytics professional to support RP Valley and RP Sun City with financial and operational insights. You will automate payroll-related processes, analyze physician productivity, and build dashboards to inform leadership decisions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with physicians, finance, IT, and operations, plus ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, operations, or related finance/analytics roles.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query/Power Pivot.
• Experience designing dashboards and BI solutions to support leadership decisions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication across physicians, leadership, IT, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support operational, financial, and analytical functions for RP Valley and RP Sun City.
• Administer physician compensation processes and analyze productivity and payroll accuracy.
• Design dashboards and reports to optimize scheduling and resource use.
• Monitor data integrity and collaborate to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.
• Drive automation and initiatives to support revenue recovery and cost reduction.
