Job summary

Radiology Partners in Nashville is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide operational and financial support to practice leadership, monitoring productivity, budgets, and key performance metrics across the enterprise. The role also coordinates physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, payroll, and quality programs while supporting ongoing compliance initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred with 5+ years of healthcare administration, management, radiology, or private practice experience.
  • 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience with advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience partnering with physicians and healthcare leadership to support operational, financial, quality, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a collaborative team environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401(k) benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
