Job summary

Radiology Partners in Nashville, TN, seeks a operations professional to provide financial and operational support to practice leadership, monitor budgets and KPIs, and coordinate day-to-day operations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with 5+ years in healthcare administration, strong Excel/financial modeling and Tableau skills, and proven collaboration with physicians. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.

  • 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience with advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience partnering with physicians and healthcare leadership to support operational, financial, quality, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with physicians and leadership on billing compliance, scheduling, special projects, quality initiatives, and practice improvement efforts.
  • Support teammate performance, communication, and collaboration while assisting leadership with day-to-day operational management and strategic priorities.

POSITION SUMMARY:

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401(k) benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
