Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, or related field (Master’s degree or APR preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive PR experience with strong agency background
• Demonstrated success managing high-profile accounts and multi-channel campaigns
• Exceptional people management and mentoring experience
• Proven ability to pitch and secure high-value national media coverage
• Strong portfolio of writing and strategic communications work
• Proficiency with PR and digital tools; ability to integrate AI into strategies
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environment with multiple priorities
• Strong presentation skills for client interactions

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution and evaluation of multi-channel communications programs
• Build deep relationships with client leadership and provide strategic counsel
• Identify and secure opportunities to expand current accounts and lead new business pursuits
• Mentor and develop agency talent and set service standards
• Publish high-quality content to advance client narratives and thought leadership
• Shape media strategies and secure meaningful coverage across outlets
• Guide use of emerging tools and AI in research, development and measurement
• Own dashboards and reports tying results to client ROI
