Lead by doing. You are a hands-on leader who partners closely with your team to bring ideas to life. You believe the best leaders stay connected to the work and lead through execution as much as strategy.
Bring strong cultural intuition. You have a deep understanding of the cultural landscape and an instinct for what resonates across audiences. More importantly, you know how to distinguish what's trending from what is authentic to Baby2Baby.
Move with speed and sound judgment. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing urgency, creativity, and thoughtful decision-making while maintaining exceptionally high standards.
