Job summary

Babylist is seeking a Senior Director to own brand strategy and lead the Creative Studio, driving the brand architecture, identity and on-brand output. You will steer campaigns, partner marketing, and cross-functional collaboration with product design to scale the visual system across app and .com experiences.

The role reports to the CMO; you will build AI-enabled systems and partnerships that accelerate growth while protecting brand integrity and voice.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a brand system with practical usage beyond style guides.
• Experience delivering tentpole campaigns and cultural calendars.
• Led creative production including photography and brand film.
• Experience turning brand books into product-visible systems.

Responsibilities

• Own brand positioning and long-term architecture for Babylist.
• Lead the creative studio across brand, campaign, digital and photography.
• Partner with Product Design to apply visual system to surfaces.
• Concept campaign ideas and execute across channels with partners.
• Develop AI-enabled brand brain to standardize outputs and speed.
