Job summary

Babylist is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Strategy & Creative Studio. You will own the brand positioning, visual identity system, and long-term architecture, leading the creative studio and partnerships to drive demand and pipeline.

The role reports to the CMO and shapes brand across product, marketing, and partnerships with AI-enabled guardrails. You will build scalable systems, define campaigns, and align across marketing, product design and partnerships to deliver cohesive brand

Responsibilities

• Own Babylist's brand positioning, visual identity, and long-term architecture.
• Lead the creative studio across brand, campaign, digital and photography direction.
• Partner with Product Design to apply visual systems to key surfaces including app and .com.
• Drive campaigns from concept to execution for major brand moments across channels.
• Define interfaces between creative and content teams and ensure consistent brand voice.
