Job summary

ProFast Supply is seeking an Outside Sales PPE Specialist to grow revenue by identifying new opportunities and expanding relationships across manufacturing, construction, transportation, utilities, healthcare, and distribution sectors.

The role focuses on consultative selling of PPE and safety programs, with on-site visits, product demonstrations, and training. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in PPE, industrial distribution, safety products, or related industries.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize growth opportunities.
• Identify customer safety challenges and provide tailored PPE solutions.
• Conduct on-site safety assessments and product demonstrations.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare proposals, quotes, and reviews.
• Collaborate with branch operations, vendor reps, and leadership.
