Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a PPC Manager to own paid media for urgent care clients across multiple sites. You will set budgets, craft roadmaps, and drive the narrative on performance during client calls.

Bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record, and agency exposure to juggling several clients simultaneously. English proficiency with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built, run and optimized by you.
• Proven track record with ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure robust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
