Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for urgent care client accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will handle budget calls, roadmap development, and the narrative on client calls, acting as the strategic voice for campaigns.

The role requires 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, and agency experience managing multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
