Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for urgent care clients. You will own paid media strategies, budgets, and performance narratives across Google Ads and Meta, while directing testing and optimization for multiple sites.

You will collaborate on 90-day roadmaps, communicate call-ready insights, and drive growth through retention and upsell. Remote role with international coverage and US client interaction.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements across multiple clients.
• Agency experience managing several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media for urgent care accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and testing.
• Set 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; present the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, GTM, and platform pixels.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
