Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency hiring a PPC Manager, Urgent Care to own paid media for urgent care clients across multiple sites. You will guide targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client storytelling during calls.

You will manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, testing, and attribution with GA4 and Tag Manager. Remote (US/Canada/SA) with strong client communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Paid media for urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client; explain numbers to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship management.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
