Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for urgent care clients across multiple sites. You’ll shape budgets, set strategy, and drive the narrative when clients ask why results look the way they do.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize for ROAS, and present the numbers on every 90-day and quarterly business review with clear storytelling to US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in PPC across Google and Meta platforms.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Experience in an agency environment managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client with storytelling.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
