Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for urgent care accounts. You own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bidding, targeting and testing, and provide strategic guidance to clients.

You will lead conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM, and platform pixels, and craft 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with a clear narrative for stakeholders. Remote work supported for US/Canada/SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Advertising.
• Proven ROAS/CPA or pipeline improvement history.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for urgent care accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Set budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure robust conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Lead the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and tell the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term client partnerships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
