Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC, a Texas-based design and construction company, is seeking a Placer Operator to support highway and heavy civil projects in McKinney. You will operate a placer, assist with related duties, and help maintain job-site safety.

We value mechanical aptitude, the ability to work in all weather, and a track record of reliable equipment operation. Candidates should have 1-3 years Loader Operator experience and be able to pass background checks and drug screens.

• Mechanical aptitude required.

• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Operates a Placer at the site of work to construct, maintain, or repair highway, heavy civil, or building type structures.
• Performs road maintenance or construction related duties while operating equipment.
• Transports equipment and supplies to and from the job site.
• Maintains job site safety standards.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs road maintenance or construction related duties while operating equipment.
• Operates a Placer at the site of work to construct, maintain, or repair highway, heavy civil, or building type structures; equipment operators are also expected to assist in other duties around the jobsite as needed
• Transports equipment and supplies to and from the job site.
• Maintains job site safety standards.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• 1-3 years Loader Operator experience
• A mechanical aptitude
• Working under all weather conditions
• Must pass background check
• Must pass drug screen
