Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC in Texas is seeking a Placer Operator to join our turnkey infrastructure team. You will operate placers and support road maintenance on highway and civil projects.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years loader operator experience, mechanical aptitude, and are able to work in all weather. Background check and drug screen required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs road maintenance or construction related duties while operating equipment.
• Operates a Placer at the site of work to construct, maintain, or repair highway, heavy civil, or building type structures; equipment operators are also expected to assist in other duties around the jobsite as needed
• Transports equipment and supplies to and from the job site.
• Maintains job site safety standards.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• 1-3 years Loader Operator experience
• A mechanical aptitude
• Working under all weather conditions
• Must pass background check
• Must pass drug screen
