Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead test strategies.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans ensuring robust validation.
• Provide technical expertise to V&V teams through analysis and project guidance.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure quality and reliability of validation activities using KPIs and reports.
• Structure and enhance testing methods and standards for continuous improvement.
• Define required competencies for V&V activities and contribute to capability development.
• Design and deploy global training programs for V&V.
• Contribute to validation planning with project teams to achieve QCDP targets.
