Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Powertrain Engineer to support powertrain development for Stellantis. You will develop, simulate, and validate powertrain control systems using MATLAB/Simulink and scripting.

Responsibilities include developing and validating powertrain control algorithms, creating automation scripts, analyzing test data, and interfacing with calibration, controls, and diagnostics teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering required or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong MATLAB, Simulink, and scripting skills (Python, Shell or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and validate powertrain control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Create automation scripts to streamline data analysis and testing processes.
• Analyze vehicle and bench test data to support calibration and development efforts.
• Interface with cross‑functional teams including calibration, controls, and diagnostics.
• Support issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution for powertrain systems.
