Job summary

Bosch Powertrain Solutions in North America seeks an engineer to act as the primary interface to customers on internal combustion, electrified powertrains, and related systems. The role involves coordinating across engineering, sales, and R&D to drive innovation from concept to pre-sales activities.

You will engage stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering technically sound solutions in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in Engineering, Innovation or Project Management with external customers.
• English language required; additional languages (e.g., German, French, Italian) are a plus.
• Basic understanding of powertrain and thermal management technologies at system level, with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Act as the engineering interface to North American customers for powertrain projects: engine, electrification, and controls.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders on powertrain innovation and acquisition programs.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure portfolio alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Engage customers in advanced engineering collaborations and product innovation activities.
• Serve as the technical voice-of-the-customer to sales and R&D for pre-selling activities.
