This full-time on-site role focuses on delivering value through advanced engineering and product innovation.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and act as the voice-of-the-customer to sales and R&D.

• 3–5 years in engineering, innovation, or project management with external customers.
• Strong communication, networking, and strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engineering interface to North American customers for powertrain projects.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across innovation programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align portfolios and satisfy customers.
• Engage customers on advanced engineering collaborations and product innovation.
• Serve as the voice-of-the-customer to sales and R&D during pre-selling activities.
• Focus on Electrification / Hybrids, Thermal Management, SW & Controls.
